Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson Honored with Humanitarian Award

Ever since Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson moved to Houston, he’s been doing amazing things. And it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Recently Jackson, along with 11 others, were honored at the Royal Sonesta by Houston Random Acts of Kindness Day and The LemonTree Foundation for exemplifying kindness and making Houston a better place to live.

Jackson founded the G-Unity Foundation in 2003 and successfully pioneered the G-Unity Business Lab, an educational intervention program in the Houston Independent School District (HISD) that uses a team (parents, teachers, community services providers) to provide academic and social services to youth attending HISD by delivering a highly focused, year-long course on entrepreneurship!

Jackson has also received love from Houston since arriving. He’s been seen courtside at the Rockets basketball games. No surprise, as the Houston Rockets announced a multi-year partnership with Jackson and his Sire Spirits brand. Toyota Center attendees will be able to enjoy Jackson’s Le Chemin du Roi Champagne and Branson Cognac during games.

Last year, Jackson’s champagne line won the 2021 Grand Reserve Champion at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. During their wine auction, Jackson bid $175,000 for a single bottle of wine. Unfortunately, he was not the winning bidder. The same evening 3 bottles of Le Chemin du Roi sold for a whopping $360,000, including dinner with rapper. Welcome to Texas “50”.
